Choose Your Destination/s

We agree with that old saying that ‘travel broadens the mind’. Use your annual tour to experience history, geography, cuisine, culture, language and, of course, great soccer!
So, where do you want to go? - choose from the list of tours we offer. Consider which tour will suit your team's level of play and needs.
We suggest that YOU choose the trip, rather than taking a "show of hands." You know what they say, “you can’t please all of the people……” So take the lead and choose a tour that excites you!
Start planning early
your first step is to contact GoBYSA and we will guide you all the way. Don't delay, our experience shows that it is the teams that start planning their tour early who succeed the most in terms of a successful, well-funded and well-attended tour. Complete an enquiry form giving us as much detail about your requirements, we will then send you a fully detailed tour proposal. We know there are many companies that offer soccer tours. We obviously want you to book with GoBYSA, but whoever you do decide to travel with please don’t base your decision simply on who seems to have the lowest prices. Ensure that the tour operator you choose has the experience needed in this very specialist sector, ensure they can offer bona-fide references and that the tour they propose gives quality and value-for-money in equal quantities.
Hold a team meeting
It's easy to sell an idea you believe in. With GoBYSA you can be sure that you're offering your group a well organised and well planned tour.... with a little additional class in terms of Destination, Tour Itinerary and Cultural Content! It’s best to put together a small tour committee to plan the tour. This committee can be the liaison between the team, the parents and GoBYSA.
Collect tour deposits early – this will establish exactly who intends to go and if your tour is viable.
Book your tour!
When you have deposits collected pass them on to GoBYSA and we’ll begin putting your arrangements in place. Contact us anytime you have questions, we're always available to help you with any aspect of your tour.
Fund-Raising is important.
Throughout the time leading up to the tour work hard on fund-raising, this will help to bring everyone’s costs down. Try to get local businesses involved and repay them by mentioning them in the local newspapers and at any events you organise. Decide what events you are planning as early as you can and get to work on them, this will maximize income. Remember the GoBYSA Grand Draw can help you raise up to £200 per player.
