Can you imagine playing football surrounded by skyscrapers? Do you know that Benidorm has more skyscrapers than any other city in Spain? Also, it has more skyscrapers per capita in the World? After New York, Benidorm has the most skyscrapers per square mile!

But if you add to this, magnificent sports facilities, an extraordinary climate, fantastic accommodation and a tournament with 18 years experience, you have all the ingredients for the best football experience at Easter.


All the ingredients for a unique experience. In past years teams came to Benidorm from all over Spain as well as England, France, Germany, Iceland, Morocco and Scotland.

Tournament Programme
Benidorm Cup

Thursday, April 6th – Arrival of the teams all day. You will be given the tournament literature: the magazine (including information about groups, schedules, rules, non-sporting activities, general information, etc), T-shirts (2 per team), each player’s participation card, diplomas, etc.

You will also be given vouchers to access your chosen accommodation.

Friday, April 7th – Matches all day plus official team photos. All teams are given an official tournament photo, these are taken 15 minutes before your first match and are delivered to the team manager before the second match.

Coaches Match – Coaches and other members of the coaching staff can show their skills in a fun, friendly match in which all the adrenaline which has accumulated over time can be released. The tournament organisers supply the shirts but you will have to bring the rest of the kit (shorts and boots).

Saturday April 8th – Today is very busy! There are matches all day. Last day of the qualifying rounds. The morning decides which teams go on to play the final elimination rounds starting in the afternoon.

Finally, Team Leaders’ Dinner – It consists of a ceremony attended by two representatives from each club. The Mayor or the Councillor for Sports of one of the host locations will receive them and offer them a few words followed by a dinner.

Sunday, April 9th – The teams parade along behind their respective flags, the line-ups are read out and at the end of the match the champions and runners-up both proudly hold their trophies aloft. The tournament has come to an end and the teams get ready to go home.

The Accommodation
Typical Accommodation

The tournament organisers offer a range of accommodation, apartments, bungalows and hotels from 3* and 4*. All accommodation includes air conditioning and a swimming pool.

Once enrolled in the tournament, we will ask you to choose the type of room you want to stay in (for one person, two people, or more). Rooms for more than 2 people usually have 3 or 4 beds, depending on the size of the room. There are also some apartment-style rooms which can hold more beds. All double rooms have 2 beds. Players and other colleagues do not need to choose the same type of accommodation.

Extra nights: Whether because of flights or just to extend your stay, we give you the option of purchasing extra nights in your accommodation.

The Area

The tournament has Benidorm as its base. With great beaches and a magnificent mountain range backdrop Benidorm is unique and picturesque.

Matches are also played in the surrounding towns of Altea, La Nucia and La Vila Joisosa.

Terra Mitica

Things To Do and See in Benidorm:  Benidorm is a fantastic and very popular holiday town especially for the British holidaymakers. If you like intense nightlife, Benidorm is the right place. Visitors may find a variety of nightlife and entertainment activities in Benidorm. There are hundreds of bars and night clubs to choose from in Benidorm.

There are about 4 miles of breathtaking beaches in Benidorm and crystal clear waters as well the beautiful Playa Levante Beach which lies with great restaurants, cafes and bars. Benidorm enjoys over 3,000 hours of sunshine a year.

Benidorm is a place where both adults and kids can enjoy a fantastic time. You can also visit the animals of marine life at Mundomar which means “the World of Sea”. Also Terra Mitica an ancient world themed park
