Benidorm Friendship Tours

Year round

Benidorm is a seaside resort on the eastern coast of Spain, part of the famed Costa Blanca. A tiny fishing village till the 1960s, it’s now a popular Mediterranean holiday destination known for its nightlife. Its wide sandy beaches are backed by palm-lined promenades, bars and rows of skyscrapers.

Dividing the beaches is rocky Punta Canfali which offers views of the sea and rocky Benidorm Island. On top of Canfali hill stands the 18th-century San Jaime Church with its distinctive blue-tiled domes. The old town has cobblestone streets filled with tapas bars, cabarets and late-night clubs as well as shops selling handicrafts, clothing and souvenirs. Other popular attractions include Terra Mítica amusement park and Aqualandia waterpark. All in all, Benidorm is an excellent choice for a few days of sunshine and football.
