Gallini Cup

April 14-18th 2022

Gallini Cup started as a small local tournament in 1999; now across their four cups, held at various months throughout the season, they host over 100 teams every year. Half of the participants come from foreign countries, including the USA, Japan, South Africa, Brazil. In over 20 years they have welcomed thousands of teams, regardless of religion, culture or colour of the skin, giving a lifetime international experience to young football players.

All participants can play against some of the best Italian and European football academies, because every qualification group has a top Club from Champions League, Europa League, Serie A, Premier League, Serie B, etc.

New talents from amateur Clubs have the chance of their life at Gallini Cup, where they can show their skill, while players from top Clubs can improve their experience and make a deeper step into the world of professional football.

Accommodation and Meals
Gallini Cup Hotel

You can choose:
– Hotel 3*** with continental breakfast
– Hotel 4**** with American breakfast
In every hotel you can choose single, double or triple rooms.

The organisers use more than 50 Hotels for the Gallini Cup. The name of your hotel will be confirmed two weeks before the arrival. It can’t be done earlier, because group stage matches are played near the Hotels and they are based on many rules (1 top team in each group, at least 2 foreign teams, etc).

Your group can have as many leaders (and parents) as you want. If you wish, parents can be located in a different hotel, but the booking of the group must be managed as one, by the team’s leader (including the payments).

Breakfast is in the hotel. Lunch and dinner is served at Pordenone Exhibition Center, for everyone. This is an amazing additional occasion for all teams to enjoy the tournament feel. The location is very fun with game areas, stands, food trucks, etc.

Protein options, good for athletes, are always on the menu. In addition, pasta, bread, rice and vegetables are “all you can eat”, so players are never hungry at Gallini Cup.

The menu includes lasagne, tortellini, gnocchi, spaghetti and all the most popular Italian dishes. There is never a fixed menu. There are always several options to choose from.

On the back of each ticket meal, that every person must use to a meal, you specify what food to avoid. The menu includes several options every day, paying attention to all needs, tastes and religions.

Tournament Events!

Opening Parade – Friday Afternoon                             – 16.00/17.30 pm.
The opening parade reaches the main square of Pordenone, crossing the medieval alleys of the old town.

The participants of Gallini Cup and Donna Cup will walk and sing together, while the citizens of Pordenone come out from their windows to cheer with them.

An explosion of colours, joy, friendship and youth that will be in the participant’s hearts forever.

At the end of the parade, the teams reach the main square of Pordenone, where a stage is waiting with music and entertainment.
Upon their arrival in the square everybody gets a set of confetti. The opening ceremony concludes with a countdown that gives the sign to launch the confetti.
Together with the participants of Donna Cup, this creates the largest confetti show in sport!

Gallini Cup Party Saturday from 8 – 11 pm         Free entry for everyone.

A nice moment for players to make new friends outside the pitch and a wonderful occasion for coaches to share experiences and fun with each other. All leaders, coaches, translators and players can come together to celebrate the end of the tournament, the night before the finals.

After so many matches, is very good to finally hit the dance floor and relax. The players are in a very safe and controlled environment, so the leaders can chill and have some fun as well. Alcohol is strictly served just to leaders and parents.

Awards Ceremony

Every team that enters Gallini Cup receives a trophy, with dedicated medals to the winners. Individual awards are also a very important showcase to youth talents.

All teams are welcome to participate in the awards ceremony, which takes place right after the finals in the main stadium of Pordenone.
