Mozart Trophy

May 21-24th 2021

Salzburg rings a bell for many people: some people think of Mozart and the incredible, historical city centre; sports fans, of course, think immediately of the Arena, a match location during the 2008 Euros, and the roaring Red Bull Formula 1 racing cars.

You then also have the Mozart Trophy, which takes place during Pentecost. The tournament is played at a wonderful sports park, the “Salzachsee”, a couple of kilometres from the famous city centre. The five-star sports complex on the banks of the Salzach river boasts 7 pitches, 2 clubhouses and, as the name Salzachsee suggests, a beautiful recreational lake.

The Mozart Trophy was first played in 2003 and every year welcomes around 100 teams.
